Doesn't social media come out from traditional media? I mean, you'll have to "make an interruption" and then from there start opening a communications' line.. No?

An organization requires traditional and social media....or can it start off with just social marketing? Going on YouTube, Facebook and allowing viewers to involve themselves...but then you'd have to interrupt them for them to know about a youtube channel........

I'm still confused on the how you can implement social media...
